Opulenza is an immersive, interactive installation featuring oversized jewelry pieces in a striking black sand setting. The installation provides a space for viewers to walk throughout the experience and view colorful and vibrant jewelry on a monumental scale. I created this experience in response to the lack of interactiveness when viewing jewelry. I want to give a fresh perspective and be able to invite possible customers, collectors, designers, and luxury shoppers to the museum experience.
This installation scales up to 35 feet. There are 3 other entrances besides the main big entrance. It offers an information hub in the center where visitors can learn about the creation and process of jewelry. The floor is covered with sand. The space allows audience members to travel around the experience and get up close to the jewelry.
These images capture the journey through my exhibit, where visitors navigate towering, large jewelry pieces—each designed to spark curiosity and wonder. These five pieces offer vibrant reds and contrasting colors to create a striking visual impact, while the intricate curves and sharp edges guide the experience, inviting exploration and engagement.

Each of these six jewelry pieces highlights a blend of bold shapes and vivid colors, showcasing a playful yet elegant design that sparks intrigue and celebrates individuality.
The packaging mirrors the bold and vibrant design of the jewelry, taking on the same shape as the original sandbox. Its symbiotic relationship with the jewelry creates a harmonious presentation, elevating the unboxing experience. With its striking colors and unique form, the packaging becomes more than a container—it’s a statement piece, embodying the playful yet elegant spirit of the collection.
